A description of our parish and communal life, written to inform the appointment of a new vicar in 2014.

The Old School
Our social and function space, available for hire for community events and activities. Facilities include three large halls (known as the Tudor, Jacobean and Victorian), a separate meeting room with servery, and fully fitted kitchen.

Chichester Cathedral
Holy Trinity’s mother church with which we maintain links, co-ordinated by Reg Ruddock.

Diocese of Chichester
The policy and administrative centre for the Diocese in which our parish lies.

Holy Trinity CE(A) Primary School
The Parochial Church Council and Diocese nominate a majority of the Governing Body of the Primary School, which also maintains very close bonds with the Church.

Cuckfield Cottage Homes Trust
Founded in 1881, the Trust has six flats immediately to the west of the Church offering independent living for residents in need from within the geography of the Cuckfield Deanery.

Cuckfield Christmas Tree Festival
The Festival has raised over £49,500 since 2003.  The 2015 Christmas Tree Festival will be held at Holy Trinity on Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December and our partner charity this year will be Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice.

Irish Contract Seating
The skilled people who made all the beautiful wooden furniture for our church in 2012. This link contains a gallery of photos showing the church interior following the re-ordering.

Cuckfield Parish Council
The Parish Council is responsible for the upkeep of the churchyard at Holy Trinity and for this and a number of other reasons maintains a close working relationship with the Church.

Ansty and Staplefield Parish Council
Previously known as Cuckfield Rural Parish Council this is responsible for parts of the ecclesiastical parish that lie beyond the immediate environs of the village of Cuckfield.

The Independent State of Cuckfield
Founded in 1965 the Independent State has been a powerful force for good in the Cuckfield community, ensuring the welfare of young and old and protection of our surroundings.
